I started using Ravenswoof earlier this year. From the beginning all the staff were very friendly. The i initial grooming sessioN. Is easy to set up. You have to submit vet records, which is very easy to do through the app. Since then, every time we have a grooming session, I book the next session. Right away. I have a samoyed, which can be difficult to maintain. Ravenswoof does a great job cleaning him up. He always comes back clean and fluffy. They complete the grooming a few hours and do a good job of keeping us up to date. What is really nice is you and pay agead through the app and then just pick up your animal. Would highly recommend

We have two high anxiety, high maintenance dogs. One cannot be around other animals as he gets so overwhelmed. The staff has been nothing but great with both our dogs for grooming. They are careful and gentle with them. They always come out fresh clean and happy!
